Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Reja platform, mobile applications, or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Reja provides a field sales and distribution management platform including mobile applications for field agents, web-based dashboards for managers, and associated APIs. The Service enables order capture, visit tracking, route planning, delivery management, and sales analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. Reja does not claim ownership of your business data including customer records, orders, visit logs, and reports. You grant Reja a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6A. AI Features (Beta)

AI features are beta capabilities and are not included by default in standard plans. AI access is enabled only upon request and may require a separate agreement, addendum, and additional commercial fees. Reja may define usage limits, rollout scope, and availability per organization while in beta.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. The offline-first design of our mobile applications ensures field agents can continue working during temporary service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
