Is AI included in standard plans?
AI features are currently in beta and are enabled only on request. Access requires a separate agreement/addendum and is priced as a paid add-on.
What AI beta capabilities are available?
Current beta capabilities can include account intelligence briefs, image analysis for field photos, and guided recommendations for reps and managers. Availability depends on approved use case and rollout scope.
What counts as a sales agent?
A sales agent is any user who accesses the Reja mobile app to capture orders, log visits, or manage customer accounts in the field. Managers and administrators who only use the web dashboard are not counted as sales agents.
How are notifications and payments priced?
The core platform is priced by deployment scope and active field users. Customer notifications and digital payment operations can be priced separately based on usage, negotiated rate cards, and rollout needs.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
